Ethical situations occur more often than many realize. We must stay vigilant. Sometimes a seemingly simple situation may seem innocuous at first, but it can lead to large complications in the near future. In today’s competitive environment, one error posted on social media can damage a reputation forever. Social media posts can cause havoc.

Don Minges, MBA, is a fractional CFO who works in diverse industries at various development stages.  His expertise is in profitability enhancement, strategic planning, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, consulting, turnarounds, economic forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis.  Don has experience raising equity for several growing firms and has invested equity capital into promising businesses.  He has served on the Board of Directors for many firms.  He graduated with highest honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.

Richard A. Karwic, MBA, has served as a management consultant for the most recent 10 years, after serving for 15 years as Chief Financial Officer for several diverse businesses in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Karwic also served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for a mid-cap investment banking firm. Richard has worked in over 100 businesses, including divisions of Fortune 1,000 companies such as Stanley – Black & Decker, Parker Hannifin, Pfizer, and Linatex Corporation of America, where he also served on the Board of Directors.  Mr. Karwic has been leading seminars since 1999 and has lectured at Western New England College.  Richard’s business practice is based in Wethersfield, CT.
